Shipping Policy
Shipping Deadlines
All orders paid with check, money order, or Paypal must clear before order will be processed. Please allow five to ten business days. Most other orders will be processed within two to five business days. If any Tier 3 Collection product is ordered please allow up to three weeks for processing. Please add from two to five business days for typical UPS delivery depending upon the zone that the package is being delivered in. If you need faster delivery, call our customer service at: (812)227-0646 to inquire about Next Day or Second Day shipping.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are $5.00 for orders up to $44.99, 12% of cart for orders $45.00 to $99.99 and free on orders $100.00 and over. Charges will be added to the customer's invoice for all orders, unless otherwise specifically agreed to before the order is processed.
International Shipments

Return Policy-We understand that while our products are packaged with care, damage can occur during shipment. All contact must be within 7 days of product receipt.
Glimmer & Shimmer Candles customers must obtain pre-approval before attempting to return any merchandise to us. To obtain pre-approval, call 1-812-227-0646, or email us at info@glimmerandshimmer.com Due to our extensive designs on each candle, and the damages that can occur during return shipments, only candles with factory defects will be accepted for returns, and only when you have obtained a pre-approval.
